There were no problems with the connection but everything worked
When I received these I had the impression, as stated in the product description, that I can connect and connect out of the box. This was not the case. I had to go through the manufacturer's website to get the drivers that didn't even work and then contact the seller who told me I needed specific drivers which he provided the location of and then I got them working. A month has passed and I am faced with the device not reading my fingerprints which I have to disable and then plug the reader back into the USB port for it to register the scan. It's really annoying.
