Works great with Windows 10 hello

My Windows 10 laptop didn't have the Hello app installed. I couldn't get USB to work with fingerprints. After I updated my Windows 10, Hello appeared and the option to sign in with a fingerprint. It immediately registered my two fingers and was able to log me in quickly and easily. Great product at a good price.

That would be ideal, but it requires a custom driver

I tried installing the driver after Windows 10 installed the default drivers. The device did not seem to take. So I bought another fingerprint scanner. I really wanted it to be like this.

Works right out of the box

Works great All you have to do is go to Windows Update to install the reader. Everything should have a fingerprint reader, it makes life easy and secure. No more passwords I'm tired of having a million passwords.

There were no problems with the connection but everything worked

When I received these I had the impression, as stated in the product description, that I can connect and connect out of the box. This was not the case. I had to go through the manufacturer's website to get the drivers that didn't even work and then contact the seller who told me I needed specific drivers which he provided the location of and then I got them working. A month has passed and I am faced with the device not reading my fingerprints which I have to disable and then plug the reader…

The installation took a while because it did not appear in the list of additional installations. So I restarted the computer. Everything worked, the finger is read quite quickly, but I found that sometimes it completely ignores the scan and I have to try several times to unlock it.
