First, the decals - the stars and the unicorn's head - are separate pieces. First I tried removing the backing, thinking it was one piece. GHOST! The vinyl decals are light colored and thick enough to feel sturdy, although I was careful when removing the unicorn as the adhesive is quite sticky. The stickers are easy to apply, especially a lot of stars even though I had a 4 year old help (four and a half she reminded me). This is the perfect addition to the grandkids playroom and hopefully she never stops dreaming of seeing the real one someday. I'm keeping the back so I can keep it for the next generation of unicorn lovers. She gave 100 stars. I had to settle for five.
