On the very same day that they were brought in, a return was issued (September 17). In the event of a return, I was not provided with any justifications or explanations for the denial of the return in response to the application. I provided images and detailed the rationale behind the return (the ears hurt a lot). The seller has headphones with the status "The seller is checking the goods" dating from the 20th through the 21st of September. I began writing to support on September 29 and have continued to do so up until now in an effort to learn what is going on. When I contacted assistance, their standard response was always the same: "you will be contacted by phone or by mail: and they will advise you about the product and subsequent steps." I received no messages or calls. Once, in response to my inquiry, I received the following response: "Reason for refusal: the product is fully functional, the headphones were operating." I want to bring to your attention that the refund will be processed on the same day. Following the transaction, the item was returned to the vendor in fewer than seven days. Let's pretend for the sake of argument that I acknowledged the justification for the denial. When can I expect to receive the stuff back from them?
