Review on Blasoul by Eddie Curd

As an experienced online shopper who usually purchases outdoor gear, I was let down by Blasoul. Customer service has a lot to be desired, but they provide a wide variety of patio, lawn and garden, pool and hot tub supplies, parts, and accessories. I had trouble reaching a representative from Blasoul when I had a problem with my order. The response was slow in coming, and when it came, it was not very informative or helpful. It was annoying that we had to put in so much work to fix what should have been an easy problem. In addition, I found their website to be somewhat disorganized and difficult to navigate. I had a hard time locating items, and I sometimes had to click through several pages to get to the one I wanted. The quality of their items is wonderful, but I don't think it justifies the trouble I've had getting in touch with them and navigating their website. If you're an advanced user searching for a pleasant online purchasing experience, I wouldn't suggest Blasoul.
