I wasn't impressed. I like the idea that I can crop it to the size I want. I followed the directions and tried removing hair from my face and it removed some (some) hair but not all. I thought it might be because the hair size is very short and I have no facial hair. I tried it on my arms, I have longer hair and again it removed some hair from my arm but not all hair in the area where it was placed. I am definitely disappointed with this and will continue to use my usual hair removal method.
