Fits great and keeps pump flanges in place for hands free pumping. The only downside was that the inner material was a bit of an abrasive on the raw nipples during cluster delivery. Would have liked a softer material, but soft nursing pads also help. The reason for the 4 stars is that the inner pad that comes out is awkwardly shaped and ALWAYS gets tangled up in the washer/dryer and it annoys you to have to put them in as they are such an odd shape. That's why I hate wearing them.
