I really like this product and this company. Received my order from them and was delighted with the design, durability and aesthetics. The only thing missing was a lid! I contacted support and they responded kindly and quickly. They apologized for the inconvenience and actually sent me a new organizer with a lid at no extra charge! It was completely unexpected, but I am very grateful. This company believes in great customer service as well as great product development. 5 Stars!
