Review on Cable Matters 2-Pack Short USB 3.0 Cable - Blue (USB 3 Cable, USB 3.0 A to B Cable) - 3 ft by Danny Poulin

Cable Matter's customer service is excellent, one of the best. They sent me a letter, they offered to replace the cables. Replacement cables are now working and happy with these cables. (old review below)--------------------------------------------- ------- --- --------------- This cable works, but not completely. I connected it to my Microsoft Surface Dock which I docked my Surface Pro 2 to. My Dell S2340T monitor can use USB 3.0 SS for display. I get an image on the monitor, but it doesn't work quite right - the touchscreen doesn't work. doesn't always work and for some reason the mouse pointer doesn't even appear on the screen. I thought it was the OS or something, but I've tried both Accell A111B-003B Preimum USB 3.0 A/B 3ft Cable, Black and Dell Original Monitor and they both work right out of the box. Therefore, some signals are not sent explicitly and I strongly advise you to be careful before buying. This may be a one-off situation, but there seem to be other issues as well. Again, the cable "works" but not completely.
