I think this is FAKE or USED
The box was broken and the plastic packaging was opened. The protective cap and product cap were stained purple with the product as if in use and then refilled with a different product. The consistency of the product is not what I have seen on official Kerastase photos or other customer reviews. I'm not sure if this product has been used or if it's counterfeit, but something is definitely wrong. I have purchased this product before and the white protective cap NEVER rubs off. I live in the Dominican Republic and use a courier company in Miami, so I cannot return an item. If I could, I would definitely do it. SO DISAPPOINTED!
