Makes my hair dull with hair masks

Makes my hair very dull. It tones my blonde hair but doesn't moisturize it. But on the contrary. The product does not deliver what it offers.

Excellent result from the first application

The mask met all my expectations. After the first use, I saw a cooler shade on the hair, plus it became silky and soft to the touch. I am very happy with my purchase. However, as recommended by my hairdresser, it should not be used more than once every 1-2 weeks.

I think this is FAKE or USED

The box was broken and the plastic packaging was opened. The protective cap and product cap were stained purple with the product as if in use and then refilled with a different product. The consistency of the product is not what I have seen on official Kerastase photos or other customer reviews. I'm not sure if this product has been used or if it's counterfeit, but something is definitely wrong. I have purchased this product before and the white protective cap NEVER rubs off. I live in the…

Works as well as purple shampoo

Suitable for lightening blonde hair and slightly more moisturizing than purple shampoo. As a moisturizer, however, it doesn't work as well as a regular conditioner. I probably wouldn't buy it again due to the high price and the fact that the purple shampoo and regular conditioner combo seems to be better at not making my hair brassy and bouncy.

Deeply nourishes my hair, gives me the color I want

I use this product on my hair every week! This is the only purple product I will use! Deep rich purple color helps my hair stay very vibrant! The best part is that this is a deep conditioner that moisturizes my hair and gives me the color I want! Wonderful product

The product is labeled with incorrect information.

I ordered a mask but received the shampoo I will return and I will order the mask I want again. I really appreciate it if you check the labels on the bottle because the label says it's a mask but it's not. Thanks very much!
