The ability to manage all of our customer service accounts in one place with ease! It's easy to use and has so many features that it can be overwhelming at first but once you get used to everything it becomes very simple to navigate through.

I do not have any dislikes about this software as far as my experience goes. This was just too good an opportunity to pass up when we had the chance to try out their product. We were able to consolidate multiple locations into 1 account which saved us time and money without having employees duplicate effort or work across teams who aren't familiar with each other.
