Great Experience for Online Room Reservation

I like that they have an online booking system so all of our guests can see their room status without having to call us! It is very easy with smith also because we don't need someone at every hotel location just in case there are any issues when checking into or out from one property - everything gets transferred directly through Smith's website which makes life easier than it used too be before (in my opinion). The only thing about this service was you had no idea what your next bill would look until after paying them since once payment cleared then nothing else could change but if i think back now maybe thats not true anymore? Not sure how often its updated though as sometimes things didnt match up between bookings/rates etc., however overall great experience using these guys over other providers such has Amex who charge extra fees even tho rates were right. I like that it's easy to use and understand, they have a great customer service department as well! It is so much easier than other booking systems out there. The only thing I dislike about Smith is their prices are very high compared to others in our industry. They charge more per person than any of my competitors do even though we're not using all their features or services. We've been able to save time by being able to book rooms with one click instead of having to call multiple times.
