I liked this product because it is of good quality. I have a problem with the product packaging. The reel arrived badly damaged, see photos. The roll was crushed to the bottom, to the top of the inner cardboard tube. It appears that this was not a shipping issue but more of a storage/handling incident. You have to put in hundreds of pounds to damage a heavy reel like this through its protective box. I had a deadline and it ruined my whole shoot. Now I'm stuck with this product.
