I like that it's easy to use for internal employees as well! If you're looking at an inhouse solution with no plans of expanding outside your office this might not be what fits best if you need something more robust than just basic payroll needs (ie W2 filing). We do most everything internally so we didn't really have any other options besides going through XPD because there are currently very few third party solutions out their right now who could compete w/ our business model requirements / setup costs etc.. The software itself isn’t too bad either but some things can get frustrating from experience level alone when trying ot navigate around certain features or using them incorrectly which will result into errors showing up later down line causing issues where previously none existed!! It has been extremely helpful having all departments within one system instead doing multiple different applications such Payroll Accounting HR Project Management Expense Reporting Time & Attend.
