Review on Motorola Moto Z2 Play Smartphone by Jnis Brveris ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Its not a good product, its a pity that I spent money on it.

Remembering the unbreakable Motorola that I used to own 15 years ago and being seduced by the product's positive ratings led me to make the purchase of this phone for my child. If I had known that Motorola had been acquired by Lenovo, I would not have purchased it because I had previous bad experiences configuring my parents' defective Lenovo product. It turned out that this Motorola had a significant flaw: if you configure it to take images using a memory card, the pictures you take will not be viewable on the device. They can be accessed using the file manager, but they are hidden from view when viewed using more conventional methods. This is really important for a child because the primary reason a youngster would want a smartphone is so that she may take a lot of pictures and show them off to her friends. Google suggests that the issue is with Lenovo and provides potential remedies that were ultimately ineffective. In the end, I decided to attach crutches, despite the fact that this solution is both less handy and less attractive. You also have the option to purchase more storage space with this phone. a battery that, instead of the back cover, simply attaches itself to the device (which is on magnets). This is a really convenient solution; however, batteries are not given to the year 2022, nor do they even exist at that time. As a consequence of this, a bulky cover does nothing but make the phone more cumbersome while adding absolutely no value (the back looks ugly without a cover). If this is typical of their management, then the snafu shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

Cons
  • As is typical with Lenovo, jerky and unstable.
