Just sell the ball - the calf stretcher is a joke. The ball breaks up the tension in the foot. You can literally hear it crackling like bubble wrap. Between the ball and deep tissue foot massages, I finally have relief from the constant foot pain.Calf stretcher did nothing. You can get the same stretch just by standing on your tip toes holding a wall, and pulling your foot toward you with a hand towel.Hate that I'm putting more plastic in a landfill, but I can't figure out anything to do with this. Door stop? Book end?
