After the 1st chair was lost in shipping, the seller issued the 2nd chair (thanks). After a week of fighting with the delivery company (not Amazon) where was the 2nd chair. it finally arrived (because December 7 arrived late on December 13). It took 3 hours to assemble and was missing 2 screws. I was instructed to use o-rings as shipping 2 bolts from China would lose them. I tested the chair on the night of 12/13 and was like "mmm". The massager is a small wooden pillow with 2 settings. High and still higher. There is no low/slow setting. After further reviewing the chair (12/14) I am not satisfied with either the quality or the comfort. Looks cool but is so uncomfortable. The footrest makes my legs numb from hanging over the footrest, the seat itself has almost no padding for my buttocks and disappears again after a SHORT sitting. When I recline the seat, it tips me over. The armrests are too hard and wobble. I have to use them at the highest level to be able to use them at all. With the chair set to its lowest position and my legs dangling like dolls. I am 5'4" and 200 pounds and this chair is not for me. I cannot use this chair for play or work.
