I have a 14 year old cat who loves to play with this bag. Actually I bought it for my little cat, only 7#. A large cat fits in, but has little to no room to turn or move about other than stand up and lie down. The little cat can move and turn easily. The reason I can't give it five stars is because the bottom is too flexible. With a small cat it wasn't stiff enough, it sagged under its weight. The other, more important reason I'm giving it four stars is that when we were driving on the interstate and encountered heavy traffic halfway down the five lanes in our direction, she was able to unzip and drive off. leave the bag. She stuck her head through the zipper for about an hour and a half before it happened because she hates being in a car. (We were in the middle of moving to a new state). It was really shocking as she was semi sedated from the sedative the vet had given her. Luckily I was able to put it back in my pocket and zip it up before it popped out. From now on I'll grab something before leaving the house which for her is only once a year to the vet so it's not that big of a problem.
