I have only used the USB-C port for fast charging so far and it has worked flawlessly. It's all I want when charging my phone. I think it's good that the manufacturer's guarantee is 24 months. The extended period compared to the typical 90 day to 1 year warranties most companies provide gives me a feeling they have a reasonably reliable product that should have a high MTBF. The foldable pens mean I don't have to worry about them bending when I throw them in my backpack and travel. And of course it powers my Rasperry Pi devices. The price also seemed more than reasonable to me when I bought the charger.
