***TO UPDATE. I contacted Dell support to see if the issue was covered by the 3 year warranty and they sent me a replacement monitor! Excellent support. Too bad the monitor had to die but I think Dell fixed itself. The guarantee is a big plus. First, this is a great monitor. Incredibly sharp, colors are great, curve is very natural. Here's the problem, I bought this monitor a year ago and the monitor broke while surfing the internet. The panels showed lines and it was not possible to get to the integrated menu. The entire panel was shot. Like any other monitor, it saw no movement, no movement, nothing. Incredibly heartbroken I need to buy a new one and I don't think I'll settle for Dell or a curved monitor again.
