Easy to get into, easy interface for setup (you can figure it out from their help section), customer support is really great at solving problems! I have had very few issues with my website hosted by them but that could just me being too picky as most things are taken care of when you need some assistance or clarification - no worries there!! If they did not work well at fixing small glitches then your main focus should be hosting providers who do understand websites/customer service in general. We used hostGator's WordPress webhost option which was terrible so we switched over completely onto our own server solution using cPanel control panel. The support is outstanding, they are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns that arise. I have never had an issue with them in years of being their client. They do not offer shared hosting (which most people need), but instead only VPS/dedicated servers. If you're looking for a good value host at a reasonable price, this is worth considering. Their customer service team has been very helpful as well! We use our website for my business's consulting practice.
