Easy to get into, easy interface for setup (you can figure it out from their help section), customer support is really great at solving problems! I have had very few issues with my website hosted by them but that could just me being too picky as most things are taken care of when you need some assistance or clarification - no worries there!! If they did not work well at fixing small glitches then your main focus should be hosting providers who do understand websites/customer service in general.

The price is awesome! It's unbeatable for what you get, support staff are always willing to help if needed even at odd hours of day or night when problems arise (we have had issues in past but they helped us fix it). I can't think any downsides that i've come across as yet either so far this has been great experience with them!!
