The price is awesome! It's unbeatable for what you get, support staff are always willing to help if needed even at odd hours of day or night when problems arise (we have had issues in past but they helped us fix it).

I can't think any downsides that i've come across as yet either so far this has been great experience with them!! We use cloudflare CDN which was very easy setup once we got our DNS hosted here also no need anymore having an external cdn service such because CloudFlares own one - just make sure your web server runs Apache HTTP Server 2nd level caching enabled otherwise will not be able too benefit much from its services unless u enable both features together then all benefits do pile up like crazy.
