Unfortunately, this item arrived damaged in delivery and I was thus not able to fully assemble and use the product. I was so disappointed because craftsman is a great brand and I have a enjoyed many of their products over the years.The item was just placed in a cardboard box with zero padding around it. Further, there was maybe two strips of tape closing it, so when it arrived at my house the box was open and parts were falling out. With the damage shown in the photos, you can see how the brushes will not rotate properly on the bent side, rendering it unusable.I have no idea how the company would rectify this. As a Vine customer, I did not feel I could contact the company, so I have properly disposed of the product.
