This is a very high quality equalizer. This is great for beginners like my significant other who can't do regular pull ups but is good at bar pull ups. Also good for older hands, especially for compound exercises like kneeling and L-sit. I would be happy to do the L-Sit in 2 months. Another thing I really like about these bars is that they are very easy to store away when not in use, especially if you have furniture that has space underneath. I can tuck it under one of my bookshelves that has a few inches of clearance. Overall the price is a bit high but I'm glad I bought it. I already feel like my core is getting stronger after just 2 weeks of use. I highly recommend it.
