I was originally going to return them because they arrived crumpled. I'm glad I didn't because it flattened on its own and they kept my feet comfortable during a long day of standing work. The edges are all smooth, so no chafing or blistering, which is very important to me. The style is really cute and fits perfectly. I ordered my usual size 7. Nice pair of clogs, well made, especially for the price!
