I built a small desktop PC and the motherboard was designed for a notebook power supply. So it was very convenient to get this 90W supply for $15. The PC was mission critical so I bought 2 of these and after 10 months the PC suddenly wouldn't boot. Plugged in the backup and it worked fine. On the plus side, it was cheap and did the job. On the minus side, I have to keep a backup handy and it has a short life. Three stars.
- It worked to charge my laptop.
- The adapter may not work in countries with different voltage standards
