This thing is very easy to set up. I hate reading instructions so I just plugged everything in and everything worked. The DVR found the cameras on its own and added them to the screen. It's really just plug and play. First thoughts and comments. The instructions look very nice. It's not just printer paper, it's like plastic. (It has a table of contents, is 42 pages long and is in colour). I haven't read it because I don't need it, but it definitely looks and feels good. (attached two photos of him) The picture quality of the camera is what you would expect from a 1080p camera. That looks good to me. What struck me was how good it looked even when wireless. This is my first wireless camera so I didn't know what to expect. I like that it follows people and their faces. I had my brother go in front of the camera and he put a green frame around his body and a small green frame around his face. I've never had this feature in an NVR, so I thought it was pretty cool. I don't use it as my primary (outdoor) security system. This is used as an additional indoor surveillance system as each camera requires AC power. Basically, I'm happy with everything.
