The Bad: I really can't believe this belt doesn't have a key clip. There is only one bag. So if you need to grab something on the go, you don't have to worry about your key falling out. This is a big omission. Also, the bottle stinks because of the gate! I've soaked it in vinegar/water overnight and it helps a lot. Finally, expect an "insulated" bottle to keep the water cold for an hour at most. It's good. The belt is well designed to keep the bottle from shaking. You really need to learn how to unpack, unpack, re-wrap, re-paste, all behind your back. It took me a few runs to get used to it.
