Purchased for my granddaughter who weighs approximately 50 lbs. She slides right off as the bands are tight and she does not weigh enough for this to work as a chair for her. Fine for an adult or someone weighing twice as much. Should come with a minimum weight suggestion of 75 lbs or more.
