Review on DIR-S by Tony Wilson

I like how easy this system was to implement after my training session, very effective in keeping up dates/times etc relating to incidents - all done automatically through its automated features! Nothing yet as it has only been running 6 weeks and we haven't found problems or needed tweaking / improvement at any level so far; however would not suggest anything if there were issues because they have gone away seamlessly by their amazing support team!! Great value product providing excellent service too which cannot be said about many others out here currently within our sector where other providers charge much more but seem unable to deliver such fantastic quality products & services.

This system has allowed us to keep our employees informed at all times, which in turn keeps them safe! It's not always easy to get information out to everyone that needs it but this program allows me to do just that. I dislike when there are issues or problems that we can't resolve right away because the support team isn't as responsive as they could be. We have had little issues so far; however, if something does come up, we know exactly where to go and who to contact.
