I was so happy to get this for my wife to use every day - with 2 small children it was roomy, washable and she liked it at first until she I couldn't take it anymore because the belt twisted and dug into her shoulder. It doesn't lie flat over time - there's a cord running down the middle of the strap that supports the weight as it rests on your shoulder. All the extras - RFID, pockets, locks - are great, but they're useless if you can't wear it because the strap is too narrow and doesn't support the weight well.
