Review on Extra Large Men's Andrew Scott Flannel Bathrobe: Sleep & Lounge Clothing by Jeremy Levendusky

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Thin for a flannel but beautiful

I was surprised that the weight of the flannel was a bit thinner than what I'm used to, but I was looking for a lightweight robe, so it's ok. It's heavier than a t-shirt but not as bulky as terry cloth. It won't be as warm as fleece but it's cotton so it will be good after a shower. Fleece only becomes uncomfortable when it gets wet. The cut and color are great, I'm quite a fat guy (5ft 9in, 260lbs) so it's hard to find a piece that fits but isn't ridiculously long. It was perfect, falling to mid-calf and fitting comfortably around my stomach. Overall, it's definitely worth the price. Let's see how long it lasts.

Pros
  • Not as warm material as I thought.
Cons
  • Made from only 100% cotton flannel which may limit durability.
