Review on πŸ”Œ Efficient Testing Made Easy with OTC 3633 Mini-Coil Cord Circuit Tester by Steve Waldbillig

I believe; Fine. I don't expect this light to last long

In my opinion: The light arrived a few days ago and was in active use for several hours yesterday. It's just "good". I will insist on a return to a flexible rubber wire with no turns. Coiled plastic as installed cable is heavy and tends to fall off things, dragging everything with it. It gets tangled easily and is difficult to clean. Also, the "strain relief" of the cords is not the same at all. It and the end cap are one piece; They are made of hard plastic and hardly bend at all. My expectation is that the cable will soon fail where it enters the "strain relief" and/or will break the "strain relief"/end cap assembly under normal workshop conditions. Cold weather use will likely speed this up. The device comes with a red light. Why red no idea. The lamp draws 157mA at 13.1V, which is just over 2W. China is listed as the country of origin on the product packaging. Again just my opinion.
