I will confess that I have always been a regular HID customer and have been very skeptical of LED systems since I heard about them a few years ago. As a chemist, I felt safer in a light bulb where I understood what was going on and why it wasn't working when it stopped working. I chose these bulbs and was initially very impressed with the packaging. The product package was professional and of high quality. To my surprise, the product itself was very well made as you never know what you're going to get when you order online! The connections to the factory plugs and inside the lamp ballast were very well designed and gave me confidence in the durability of the product. It also comes with a two year warranty which is way better than I've ever gotten from HID from any brand I've ever bought. I was expecting the bulbs to last about a year if that's the case, but I'm very glad they last at least 2 years if not longer! The price is very reasonable for such a high quality product and when I had a few questions about the warranty the guy at Glowteck responded very quickly and was very helpful. Five stars, I would give 6 if I could!
