This scale can tell you more than just your weight. It provides your BMI, body fat percentage, right/left leg balance, even heart rate and more. The display is very clear but I used the results app which was very easy to install and connect to the scale. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to convert from metric to lb and inch but got very quick support from the supplier and made changes through the app with no problem. The instructions are ok, but a little more information about the many functions of the scale and the app would be nice. In general I am very satisfied with the purchase.
