I wear a US size 10 and took a size 44 which I think is a 10.5. Fit my feet well. I also like the Boa lacing system because my feet are quite wide and thick and the Boa lacing can accommodate them without feeling too tight. I can create a snug yet comfortable fit with them and don't have to fiddle with ratchets or trying to attach velcro to other road cycling shoes. Very happy with the purchase so far.
