This product technically works well; it holds my pens for which I bought it. However, it has a horrible rubber smell. I am having an allergic reaction to the fumes. I don't know what this thing is made of or what chemicals were used in it, but I am seriously about to have an allergic asthmatic reaction to it. I can literally TASTE the fumes coming from it. I have rubbed it down with some eucalyptus oil and lime oil - sprinkled it on it inside and out - and am leaving it open on a desk faaaaarrrrrr away from me tonight. I have taken a Benadryl, but feel my chest getting tight.I really need to keep it; function-wise, it is just what I need and my pens fit perfectly. However, I may be pitching this in the trash come morning if the fumes are still there. Seriously, if you have rubber, dye, or any other allergies that cause you severe allergic reactions like I do, please consider this before buying.
