Stops working after 2 weeks

I was very sad. I loved that this blender was portable. He loaded well. It was a little tricky to work with as it had to be rolled up to the mark instead of locking in place. It blended well, I blended coffee, nothing thick or hard. Then he stopped working. I made the mistake of throwing away the packaging it came in.
