I love this bag. I've only had it 2 weeks and it's been traveling from Orlando to New Orleans for 8 days, driving 2 miles a day on the roads of New Orleans. This is the PERFECT size for me and fits perfectly under the airplane seat, which is a must for me as I'm small and like to have everything close at hand even during the flight. I also keep leather towels and wipe my skin with them from time to time. For the price I think the leather is really high quality and also very soft leather which I love. Leather towels also keep your skin soft. As for pulling the handle, as other reviewers have said, I always try to pull the handle before pulling out the twist grip. I know some of the other reviews didn't like the buckle closure but I really like it because that's where I keep all my money and credit cards and I don't think I want anyone to have "easy access". I really like the 2 lifting handles as most of my other bags have a handle and they always break.
