I bought this for my two dogs who take me almost everywhere. I noticed the sun's rays on the front seat and they kept creeping back to try and cool off, but the sun was also shining through the rear windows. As with any dog, it is very important for my dogs health to stay as cool as possible and these window covers have helped a lot! unless it's sunny outside so my dogs always sit in the back seat at night or on a cloudy day now because 1 is safer for them and 2 is a lot cooler. My only minor complaint would be that the curtains themselves are too big for my windows, I drive a 2017 Focus. They are better suited to the windows of a truck or SUV, maybe a minivan. Rolling the window down is ideal because I like the privacy of the car and even though the window is all the way down it feels like it's closed on the outside. but since it's too big I have to keep adjusting it so it doesn't close on my window when I roll it up. My puppies are much cooler in the back seat and the sun doesn't hit them and although they are too big for my windows I definitely recommend this product even if you have a small car like mine. 5/5 best def.
