I like this product for its easy installation; offers excellent protection from the sun's rays and, most importantly, allows you to open the windows when necessary. I would give 5 stars if the product for windscreens existed (possibly even in a less obscure version) and if the velcro tape could stick better. Ours on both sides began to lose within hours. I bought this for my two dogs who take me almost everywhere. I noticed the sun's rays on the front seat and they kept creeping back to try and cool off, but the sun was also shining through the rear windows. As with any dog, it is very important for my dogs health to stay as cool as possible and these window covers have helped a lot! unless it's sunny outside so my dogs always sit in the back seat at night or on a cloudy day now because 1 is safer for them and 2 is a lot cooler. Just bought a little used Honda Civic in March. In the summer I quickly noticed that the small engine and the air conditioning compressor were working overtime, and sometimes it wasn't possible because the cabin was still warm. For example, when I got one, I always drove with tinted windows. So I wanted to avoid window tinting (fortunately anyway) and decided to give it a try. Installation was easy, although they were a little big for my 15" so I had to tug on the velcro straps to tighten them.
