Review on CucinaPro Electric Professional Non Stick Stainless by Steve Albright

I have had an old model of this same pan for years and am very happy with it. When it came time to replace it, I decided to buy the same pan. However, this one is completely different. It looks the same as my old frying pan, but the frying pan temperature is unstable. It starts to heat up nicely, then the temperature starts dropping to the point where you think the pan is off. When you turn on the temperature controller to reheat it, you have to be careful not to burn the food! I cannot recommend this product. Edit: I've had this pan for almost a year now. If you turn the temperature dial to 400 degrees, the pan will barely get hot. Do not buy this pan. I will switch to another brand!
