Review on Aujen Humidifier Bedroom Ultrasonic Adjustable by Ebony Brown

I really like this humidifier. Purchased 3. Pros: Sleek looks, paint can size (slightly larger) and shape, super quiet - just a little motor hum and occasional dripping, easy to fill, easy to clean with water. Container, spray wand needs some patience to get in all areas, but still easy to clean, low lasts 24 hours, high lasts 12-14 hours, won't wet the surrounding area, has an auto shut off when the water level is too low. Another great pro is customer service. I have only used UV lamps twice. It was ok with no problems. I've noticed that the bin fogs up when the light is on, but that's not a problem. It's too bright for me at night, so I just don't use this feature. Cons: When the device turns off automatically, about 2.5 cm of water remains on the bottom. I change the water every time (which is recommended) so it's a waste. I can only water my houseplants so much! However, this is not a big minus! As I said, I bought 3. I had trouble with one. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement part that fixed the first problem. The item arrived in 2 days. Then it only works for a few minutes and turns off. The company was happy to help me solve the problem or sent me a new car. I chose the new one because I paid for it and didn't want any problems. I think the car was just wrong. The new car arrived in 2 days. They responded every day or the next day if I emailed them. It was really easy to work with them. They said they stand behind their product and I believe they do because it was easy for me to get the help I needed with the moisturizer. The other 2 machines worked great and so did the new replacement. They also made it clear that if you have any other issues, feel free to contact them. I appreciate that because sometimes companies only help you once and that's it. I really recommend this humidifier!
