Our toddler (3.6 YEARS), like many others, likes to run as fast as possible without thinking about how to stop in time, which can lead to disaster on wooden floors. These socks have a SUPER grippy sole as they are also designed for use on the trampoline / jumper etc. The grip covers the entire sole, not just the heel and toe area. But for normal everyday use they are great! They have a decent amount of stretch, so they're comfortable. The size is good, the small size (age 1-4 years) is perfect for his foot. The colors are vibrant and have shades that some might consider 'boys' and 'girls' in one sentence. be a child and wear the color they choose. If you have rigid ideas about what color socks you want your kids to wear, this set isn't for you. All in all they are very good and our little one loves them. The price seems a bit higher than "regular" socks, but I think the feel justifies it.
