The massage is good. Not so warm
I have arthritis in my hands and sometimes my fingers want to grip and not bend. This massager was bought exactly for such cases. While the massage works very well and I like that I can make it stronger or weaker depending on the pain, the heating function barely works. It has bass and treble, but neither gets more than barely warm. This is disappointing because heat really does help with pain. If all you want is a massager, you'll love it. Just don't buy it for the heat!
