This is a steam tool with a 4-way valve. This means that with this tool you can: 1. Remove the valve core. 2. Tap the thread on the inside again. 3. Tap the thread again on the outside. 4. Expander in valve steam valve. Amazon has another product at a lower price. Slime 20088 4-Way 4-Valve Core Tool is the same tool but with a 4-valve steam core for $4.41 and free shipping. But at $3.74, this tool is worth the price. I uploaded some photos to give you a better idea of this product.
