I have had neck pain for many years due to arthritis. I also do many activities ( reading, drawing, hand sewing, machine sewing, looking at my phone, etc) that require my head and neck to bend forward and down, which causes stiffness, pain, and also results in headaches, so I wanted to try this device. I use it as needed, but especially at bedtime. I lie on the bed and rest my neck on the neck stretcher. There are two different sides to try, and one side of it works better for my neck. As I am using it I can feel my neck stretching and relaxing. It actually feels good to me, so it has become a part of my routine.
