Excellent service and people - I recommend them without hesitation!
I like that they are very good at what we do, helping us communicate with our customers in their native language (Spanish). They have been able to help me understand my market better than any other firm would ever be capable of doing so! We use them for translation services but also as an information technology partner who can assist us when it comes time to implement new software systems or provide support after such implementation has occurred. There is nothing about this service provider which makes me want anything different from another vendor out there providing similar products/services - just great people working hard every day!
Pros
- The personnel here work extremely well together because each member works towards meeting goals without having direct supervision over others’ individual activities; i feel comfortable entrusting all tasks within those walls knowing everyone will get everything done properly & efficiently while still being pleasant enough personalities along the way :)
Cons
- Not much really except maybe sometimes not getting things completed quite quickly due perhaps too many interrupt
